Going back to school still s*cks, but at least you’ll have the benefit of owning your free iPod Touch cause according to rumors Apple will be offering a free 8GB iPod Touch ($299) as a back to school promo for college students who buy a qualifying MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac Pro product. Great news for college geeks cause the said promo will run from June 3 to September 15th, 2008. Tell mom that you’ve already decided it is time to go back to school and plan for your not-so-near-future, so she’ll get you a MacBook that comes with an iPod touch as freebie. Then skip school again and in the next semester go back and enroll again cause I think Apple will then be offering a new promo; maybe a free MacBook Air for every student dropout who goes back to school.
